CV Review - Terms & Conditions

Thank you for purchasing a CV Review. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern the service provided by Trackr (Formerly Bristol Tracker).

1. Service Overview

Upon purchase, you will receive written feedback on your CV delivered via email as a PDF attachment.

The review will include:

  • Bullet point-by-bullet point comments on every entry in your CV
  • General advice regarding formatting, styling, and structure if applicable

 

This is a one-time review.

We may, at our discretion, respond to short follow-up questions for clarification, but clients are not entitled to further edits, additional reviews, or ongoing support beyond the initial review.

2. Delivery Timeline

We aim to complete and send your CV Review within 72 hours of purchase. This timeframe includes weekends and holidays.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are required to submit:

  • A copy of your CV through the purchase form.
  • (Optional) Additional information about your background, goals, or target roles.

You must confirm via a tickbox that your CV is in a “standard format” as outlined in our provided example template.

If we determine that your CVs formatting or quality does not meet an acceptable standard, we will contact you by email and request that you resubmit your CV in a new template before we begin your review.

In this case:

  • The 72-hour delivery window will restart once we receive the revised CV
  • If you refuse to submit a suitably formatted CV, we reserve the right to cancel the service and issue a full refund

4. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are available under normal circumstances once the service is purchased
  • If we fail to deliver your review within 72 hours of receiving your properly formatted CV, you are entitled to request a full refund – but only if the refund is requested before the review is delivered.
  • Refund requests received after the review has been delivered will not be honoured.

5. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion and under any circumstances.

If service is refused for any reason before delivery, the client will receive a full refund.

6. Disclaimer

We provide feedback intended to strengthen your CV. However, we do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or any other outcome resulting from the CV Review.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the CV Review service is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all CVs and supporting information with strict confidentiality.

Your documents will only be shared with individuals involved in providing, managing, or supporting the CV Review service.

This may include employees, contractors, or other personnel associated with Trackr who require access in order to perform their duties.

All such individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
